We are delighted that you have visited our website and we’d love you to visit our holiday homes. Here you will find information and dates that are available to book so you and your tribe can make some of the best memories.

 

We have 2 caravans on different parks, Church Farm (Haven) in Pagham and West Sands (Bunn Leisure) in Selsey.

Both caravans have 3 bedrooms. Church Farm has a private garden and West Sands has a big enclosed deck area. Both vans are well maintained and very home from home.

 

Heated indoor pool, Heated outdoor pool (Church Farm)

Turquoise pools, waterslides, white tipped surf – we just love being surrounded by water. Our outdoor pool is open from 27 May till the end of August – for sunny days. And our indoor pool is heated – great for those rainy days. Take a swim or join the kids on the waterslide, or grab some time on our Aqua Gliders! We even have some paddling areas for toddlers.

9-hole golf course (Church Farm)

Take a break from the stress of it all and play a round on our beautifully maintained golf courses. Try for a hole in one, or even an albatross on our 9-hole golf course. Clubs are available for hire but you’re welcome to bring your own as well. This activity is suitable for ages five and over. Will you be on par?

Bar and restaurant (Church Farm)

Scrumptious food and drinks ahoy… When you’re on holiday it’s time to chill out and enjoy more of the good things in life – like some extra chips (with ketchup, of course), just one more scone or another ice-cold drink. Look out for dishes recommended by our chefs, you might want to try a seafood smasher, like prawn linguine or maybe a familiar favourite like steak and ale pie or how about something new? Our chefs will be cooking up some lovely dishes, many of which celebrate and are inspired by the seaside. Visit our Mash and Barrel with their great range of real ales, draught lagers, snacks and meals. Devour fishy favourites like the seafood mixed grill. Maybe a chicken cobb or classic Caesar salad floats your boat. And keep the family smiling with an ice cream sundae or cake. Yummy days!

Kids’ clubs & entertainment (Church Farm)

Our kids’ clubs are here to help you keep your kids entertained. Don’t worry if they’re a bit shy. Our FunStars will soon get your youngsters playing happily with other kids of their age. That’s the other thing we do, we provide four exclusive clubs, for kids of different ages, with activities and games that are suitable for them. And whilst they’re enjoying their play days, you can mingle with the other parents or even join in if you’re up for it.

Evening entertainment (Church Farm)

Let the good times roll After a day outdoors, it feels great to scrub off the sand and put on your party clothes. Our evening entertainment features music, laughter and downright silliness for the whole family. The night starts and ends with our FunStars. They host wacky quizzes and games and star in lively musical numbers like our very own MusiKids show. On some nights they’ll introduce bands, live artists, and comedians – including some real showstoppers. Your kids can stay up as late as you like. So get ready to clap, sing and have a giggle – together!

Multi-sports court (Church Farm)

Come rain or sunshine we can always promise a place where you’ll be able to release some energy and have lots of fun. Most of our parks have sports courts designed with an all-weather surface, so the fun doesn’t need to stop because of the weather. Whether your game of choice is football, basketball or rounders, we have the perfect place for you and your family to play.

 

West Sands

West Sands is close to the Waterfront Complex, the gateway to Bunn Leisure’s facilities. Close at hand is the Oasis pool complex with its megasplash waterslides, lazy river and fountain island, the Topdeck Gym for a work-out and a little pampering at Beauty at the Oasis. Go-karts, crazy golf, funfair, an amusement arcade and kids’ clubs all keep the family happy and restaurants, take-aways and well-stocked NISA stores make meal times easy.

There’s nothing better than getting dressed up and heading out for a night of Bunn Leisure’s legendary entertainment. Five great entertainment venues and a £1 million-a-season line-up of world-class performers will leave you spoilt for choice. From big gigs to children’s favourites, there’s something for all the family. If fun is what you’re after, West Sands is your destination . . . which is why West Sands holiday village won the Best in the South of England title in the Fun and Laughter, Lively and Leisurely in both 2010 and 2012’s Hoseason’s awards.

 

Our standard booking patterns are:

• Arrive on a Monday for 4, 7 and 14 night breaks
• Arrive on a Friday for 3, 7, 10 and 14 night breaks
• Arrive on a Saturday for 7 and 14 night breaks
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday are non-arrival days

Our holiday season runs between March and November for Church Farm and March and December for West Sands, therefore we cannot take bookings for holidays which fall outside of these dates.
